No, I didn’t die people. I’m still here. It’s just yesterday I spent the entire day on the shopping / working / reading a destiel fic xD


Now, seriously… let´s discuss this… Why do you think Cas keeps on being revived??

It’s the third time Castiel is revived from death. First one, in Season 4 when he was murdered by Raphael. Then, the second one, in Season 5 when he was killed by Lucifer!Sam. And the last one, his death in the lake, because of the Leviathans.

We have not to think about it in the cast/popularity/etc aspect. We have to think about it according the story. It’s the THIRD time he returns. I think the writers have something in mind (or at least, they should).

I’ve read recently a hypothesis which claims Castiel is, probably, a kind of Horrocrux to Dean… that Dean makes him return every single time. Even when I like this theory and I think (1) it´s pretty badass (2) it intensifies the profound bond (3) it´s qdhjwkdq romantic… I would like to know what do you think about this, and why do you think Castiel is revived again and again and again and again.
